Title says it all. Ever since today’s update, I have been unable to join ANY old story mode dungeons I’ve already completed on my characters that I already completed them on. Wtf anet?
Just wondering what the best profession is atm along with the worst profession?
I hear Warriors and elementalists are pretty solid while necros and mesmers are in a bad place right now. Is this true?
There is a rock paper scissors relationship between every prof with every other prof. Necromancer’s typically should destroy Warrior’s, but lose to Guardian’s for example. Mesmer’s typically don’t have a lot of problems with either one, but generally run away from most ranged profession’s very quickly. It’s how you play your class and what you are fighting that determines whether or not you are “The best profession” for the scenario or situation you are in.
With the update, kicking has been applied to the chat log-for everyone.
Recently I was running AC P2 and someone in our pug group didn’t pull the boss right. Another person viciously attacked them, basically bullying them and then some. The bully then focused on the rest of us unleashing other verbal abuses.
I figured the fastest thing to do is kick the bully. And surprise it comes up that I decided to kick them. The bully then turned their attention all on me and made it unbearable to stay. I left. Later I was messaged that another person from the group wanted to help, but didn’t want what happened to me to happen to them.
I think the kicking should be kept anonymous to the person being kicked for this reason. It’s crippling the more timid individuals and giving the jerks an advantage.
Don’t take this the wrong way, but grow some skin man. You CAN mute the guy. And you SHOULD have muted the guy. If he started making bad pulls to continue screwing with you after you muted him, or anything of the like, then I doubt anyone would object to kicking him. Soooo…. yeah. Grow up is the best I can tell you.
I don’t really see how that relates to any disabled individual, so much as it’s a general insult. “You’re dumb, you’ll die and leave a dumb corpse”. It doesn’t target anyone disabled, in a more modern translation it would be “You are so stupid that when you die your corpse will still be stupid.”. I fail to see how that specifically targets anyone with a disability that could be labeled as stupid.
Have a ticket open. Pretty sure that’s the person though, I haven’t logged on since October 2014, and the mail in my mailbox is 1 month old. I would not have been online to receive or send mail, and this individual is also someone whom I do not know.
So I just got my account back after it was apparently hijacked, and I didn’t think it was since whoever got access to it didn’t change any passwords, email info, security questions ect ect ect. Apparently I was wrong, as they took all my stuff.
HOWEVER
They left their name in the kitten mail. There’s a mail in my mailbox from [REDACTED] and I have no clue who this person is. But it’s a blank mail from a month ago, and I haven’t been on since October. So, how do I go about recovering my crap and making this person burn?

Currently I’m on 30 minute straight of not being able to chat, and I was just trying to get a group to kill the Champion Orrian Terror. This has happened before but from what I understood, Chat Suppression is supposed to last 15 or so seconds, and then stop when you’ve not texted for a while. So you can only send one text every 30 or so seconds basically. Right now its just permenantly silenced, this bug needs to get fixed.
