after starting my download it dose the first part of the download then gets to where it ask if it can run as admin I accept and it stops running few mins later comes up saying gw2 launcher couldn’t install due to another gw2 already running or because it lacks proper rights to find the other launch ive check my whole hard drive, check the processes everything im using win 8 btw
