Seems like I’m spamming the forum now, sorry for that, but I found something that fixed my FPS-problems:

Dunno if you might have the same problem I did, but you can check my thread out, might help:

Like so many others I’ve had the problem with very low FPS now in GW2, in Lions Arch I’d have an average of 8 FPS with my system.
If I ran away to some far corner of the world and just stayed there I’d get 40FPS, but as soon as people/trees/etc appeared I’d go down to below 10FPS.
The fix (for me):
Download CPU-Z ( http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/cpu-z/1.67-en.zip )
Run it, go to the tab called “Mainboard”
Check under Graphic Interface for “Link Width”, mine was set to x1 before, to the right of this you see your max (x16 for me)
IF it was set to x1 then:
The problem I had was that I’m using the motherboard P8P67, which has 2 PCIE-slots, the lower one (black one) is by default set to x1.
You can boot up “BIOS” (UEFI) and change this to atleast 4x depending on motherboard.
The better solution is to move your GFX-card to the upper PCIE-slot which in most cases is the default slot, which is set to x16.
This gave me 10 times more FPS and now I’m running everything on High instead of low aswell.
Quick guide because I’m sleepy and my GF wants me to come watch Congo from 1995, so please ask if anything was unclear!
