I attempted to purchase Gems (4000 for £42.50) via the BLTC Gemstore using selecting PayPal. I filled out the information requested on the PayPal and clicked the ‘next’ button and nothing happened. I was not shown a message, I have received no email or payment deatails through PayPal itself. I would like to know if my purchase was successful or not because I do not want to be double charged if I try again using Card Payment instead.
This appears to be a serious issue that is not being acknowledged by the Support Team on the Social Network sites or the Support Site itself. Please provide some information to those of us who are having these problems with the Gem Store so we know that you guys are actually working on the issue.
