I got mine a few days ago, seems like it’s fixed for good.
This is still bugged along with the “Timberline Falls event for Protect krewemaster Dobbs”. I have submitted a bug report in game.

I just discovered the achievement and also found the champion to be bugged. I have submitted a bug report in game.
