The customer support sent me a new outfit, together with a rather unfriendly and demeaning e-mail which made it sound like it was all my fault and they would probably not help me again in the future with replacing missing items. I guess my only mistake was buying this game in the first place. But thanks for the outfit i suppose…
Oh and before that they sent me a complete nonsense reply about what i assume was someone else’s problem because it had nothing to do with mine. Real quality customer service they provide here.
Yes i’ve looked through the bank and all items in my bags of all the characters- still no outfit.
And i also tried to relog.
I assume the issue is related to the fact that when i logged out last time i played (Like a year ago) i had the outfit equipped on my character but it must have gone missing with the change to the outfit system.
I decided to give gw2 another go after a very long break and i looked for my fancy winter outfit but it is nowhere to be seen. And yes i’ve visited the Black Lion armorsmith.
I still have the fancy winter crystal scepter in my bag but no outfit. Store info page even shows the outfit in recent purchases.
Please gief outfit back nao x.x
