I just bought today Heart of Thorns and the new expansion. When I check my account, the new expansion is available but not Heart of Thorns.

Did this happened to anyone else?

I had, a couple of weeks ago, to change my password. However, I’d like to use the old password again. When I tried to do it the app says that the password must have more than x characters and less than y. The password I want to re-use is perfectly inside the requirements.

My question is: Is there any restriction to use old passwords?
