I have 100 larels should i buy some stuff from larel vendor?

Just got a condition damage longbow and sword torch to give another playstyle a try. Seems a bit slower damage wise and play wise but im trying to learn how to blast my firefields. Getting there slowly, but when i use beserk mode and when to use the normal burst skill i only use the f2 and never the f1?

I am planning on getting into the end game pve stuff like dungeons once i have finished the map exploring and the storyline. PVP is not my jam.

Okay so hit 80 on my warrior and was using a rifle build to level with. But now i am trying to put a build together and dont know were to start :S.

I hear beserker build so i just get the berserker armour and use greatsword? Or am i using condition build with the elite spec and sinister gear?

I dont have crafting as i found it a bit confusing, but if i need to train it to get some strong gear i will try to work it out.

Due to work i really just do about 1-2 hearts per day on my world completion and maybe a few of the fire ele style bosses to try get some nice gear.

I only have 2 gold left cos i bought a 6g greatsword of the black market

I need mesmer help too, i am lvl 11 but struggle to kills mobs and all the moves are aoe so i get swarmed and die.
