I know it’ can be repeated. It bugged out exactly the same as it did for Pixel. Upon return to Lion’s Arch, my progress was gone and nothing counted towards the meta. I’ve included more screenshots for comparison. I’ve done 6 daily Halloween events and it shows doing 5 of those in the Blood and Madness category even though I had already played and gotten credit for 8 rounds of Lunatic Inquisition.

I have the problem of actually getting the Lunatic Inquisition Regular achievement. Upon completing the achievement 8/8 with the points along with the loot bag, I left the arena and then to Lion’s Arch. The achievement reset to 0/8 along with my Shut the Doors achievement received in the Mad King’s Labyrinth. My Hero tab still shows that I got the achievement most recently, but if you go into the specific achievement, it shows 0/8. I would have the meta if it hadn’t bugged out.

I would have loved it, if I could have participated in the final event. Living in Japan, I was asleep at the time of the event, and missing out on both what people are calling a great event and insanely good loot is extremely unfair to those who either do not live in North America or those who are busy at the time. This creates an unbalanced game, favoring those in a certain area. I was happy to see how ArenaNet handled Halloween and hoped they would continue to do so for future events, but sadly I came out of this event disappointed.
