Guild Wars 2

I just finished the personal story and was wondering if anyone knows the song that plays at the celebration after you accept your reward.

Had an issue with a friend joining the guild he could not represent, we fix’d that. Now when we do events, we get 0 influence toward guild (both of us are representing.) Then we purchased 2 upgrades for guild and they went into queue last night, i log on this morning and both upgrades are gone, along with the influence.
