Not to mention the camera system is horrible for jumping and some of the ledges are buggy and like to catch you and get you stuck
The problem isnt the puzzle for say… Its more of a im not a naturally paitent person.. Fails after fails will annoy me fast.. 10 in a row was too much.. and i just watched a video where it gets worse after the half way mark…
Clock Tower makes me want to cry and rage at the same time.. So annoying! /totally butthurt.. I keep getting pwned by it.. lol
If you really enjoy WvWvW than you’ll enjoy level 80
That is true if you can actually get in WvWvW without waiting 3+ hours like i do
There was a huge topic about this on Guru, you should look that up instead of rehash.
Suffice it to say, DX11 would require a LOT of additional coding so I don’t think it will ever happen. The game is based off a GW1 engine I believe which is why it’s DX9. Plus they don’t want to alienate XP users (they should get with the times anyways though).
Wow has a turn on Dx11 mode. So it is not like they would hinder others when they can just have a box to check in game..
This isnt Warhammer.
Warhammer isnt the only game with dwarves…
Why did you come into my thread posting your link? This is my thread. not yours.

As an elementalist, I would like to see how much additional healing I have in my hero menu.
You can, i forget what stat you have to scroll over. But you just scroll over one of the stats
Oh, I understand it. I just don’t understand the mentality to want to have a lot of members for the sole reason of getting more influence (which, as I said, isn’t even necessary).
It is necessary. No one wants to join a guild with no upgrades… It has always been that way and will always remain that way
Clearly you’ve also never played Warhammer Online and the success of such a system.
I think most if not all MMORPG veterans know about the smashing success of Warhammer Online… or without the sarcasm, the failure of that game. Most if not all concepts of that game were flawed – it’s one of the worse examples you could use as game to take inspiration from.
And to answer another part of your post without quoting it (because I’m lazy and want to play GW2 right now…): we are not against the idea, we are against the way you suggest to implement it. Reducing an already low gold income, taxing every single transaction someone worked hard for, I don’t agree with that. That’s why I suggest going the “bonus gold” route: don’t touch the actual income, but add a percentage over it as guild income. My guild is “professional” by your standards, we have strict recruitment, a guild website, voice chat, etc… but our players are all married people with a life outside of the game, and some would not like the benefit of the little game time they have reduced even more. I LIKE the idea of a way to add guild income, I dislike the idea of reducing the actual income of my guild mates to achieve it.
Warhammer online was fine. The game didnt kill itself. Devs with bad patch timing or failed patches killed it
So people are just resources, then? Sorry, I see no point in that.
Besides … my 80-member-guild already has way more influence than we could ever spend …
Im guessing you dont understand the influence mechanic fully. The more guildies you have grouping the more you make. The more in a zone.. the more you make.. So yes.. the more people you have = the more rescource. Blame Anet for that.
I am currently grinding CoF for the set. What is the whole point of dimishing the currency.. when we need to get 1380 of it. I rather do 25 min runs over and over again and make the 30 currency.. then spend an hour or 2.. just to have the same thing happen. While, i wont say its fine. I should not be punished for choosing the shorter run to maximize profit.
What exactly are you grinding for – something that looks nice but has no additional stats or use in WvW or PvP?
Am I missing something or is there no real grind for anything useful in combat?
Thats what I like a long term grind for.
If you are not 80.. you have no clue about this post.
While I really can’t understand the appeal of having 1000+ guild members (it just seems completely ridiculous, there can’t be any strong community bonds in such a large amount of players where some members probably don’t even know other members), I completely support a display of “last online” and “last represented”. It would make administrating a guild that much easier. This was something that was already implemented in GW1, and I honestly see no reason to not have it in GW2. Actually, I see no reason why it hasn’t already been implemented right form the start, it’s basically essential.
@OP:
I’d change the thread title, though … it doesn’t really say anything about what you want to suggest and may get noticed less because of that.
Whats the point of having a large ammount of people? That is easy to answer, So you have to spend months farming the guild influence up..

Problem is.. more and more guild leaders are telling the members if you not gonna represent us then you will be kicked.. so why do we even have a “Represent” other guild option, most Guild Leaders don’t wanna allow members to be in other guilds that might be there enemy.
I kick people that dont want to represent. Why you may ask? There is no point in joining a guild if you are going to represent another.
Rather have the Fun i had in Gw1 with Guild battles and alliances
Exactly my problem as well.. Have 2x 500 Member guilds and keep needing to tell people if you don’t represent you just take space and i’ll need to remove you, this “Representing” more than one guild is realy lame.
Yes Exactly! Guildies are getting mad at me for saying the same thing!
There’s already two rather large suggestion compilation threads, do we really need a third?
Yes, why you ask? Because these are what i wanna see.
You could almost make it like this..
Warlock – Mental and Physic Spells – Pets — Mental and physic would unlock the possibilty to have mini stuns
Necro as it is.. Pets- Posions -Dots
They could be different

You should look at Archetypes far more than playstyles. A weapon can provide a playstyle, a whole Profession isn’t needed for that. Battle Mage, for example, is great – if you describe it as a Heavily armored caster, rather than just uses shields and shotgun style spells.
Plus, some of your suggestions are already in game. Templar? That’s a guardian almost exactly. Berserker? Dual sword warrior has that covered. Slayer? They tried “Higher the meter, the higher your damage” with Warriors during beta. All it did was disincentive the use of Burst skills. Saboteur? Play a bomb kit Engineer.
I don’t think Samurai would fill enough of a gap – culturally they feel different, but in terms of playstyle, it would be difficult to carve out a niche next to the Warrior.
Monk, though, is very much a unique archetype and unfufilled role. As long as they were kept as mechanically distinct from Guardians and Thieves as possible, they would be a great addition.
I think you are missing the whole point here.. It was more of general ideas. and to add more class variety..
These are classes or style of classes i would like to see. I will create a list of classes if we get others posting theirs.
Melee
Templar – Holy Fighter
Battle Mage – Close quarter shielding with shotgun style spells
Saboteur – Stealther — Trap placer — Bombs — Battle Prepper
Slayer – Dual weilding — Heavy damage- Meter, higher the meter… The more damage… But the higher the meter.. the higher chance of having a backlash and hurting yourself..
Berserker – Typical fighter —Specializes in DoT damage instead of typical damage.
Spirit Master/Beast Master -Spear/Pole Arms -- Summons spirit animals to help fight
Range
Ritualists – Hexes/Curses
Warlock – Curses/Pets
Bard – I dont have to explain this one
Like seriously, I hate having to tell people to represent again. Being able to switching Represent doesnt promote loyalty either.

Can someone explain to me what the purpose of NOT representing a guild is? I genuinely don’t know and I’m very curious as to why it’s even a feature. Is it because you can be in more than one guild at a time? (Something I still don’t see why you would want, I’d rather be able to have different guilds on alts or be guildless etc.)
Representing a guild gives that guild, guild influence. It allows you to chat in guild chat. Guild bank viewing and other basic guild features.
Capes for sure! But, not the rainbowish kitten either ….
