the 2 daily tournaments wins are just… terrible…

it used to be 3 tournament wins for monthly, now it’s 2 for daily… seriously?

that doesn’t make sense tbh, a person might want to guest to do world bosses with friends…

an easier and similar solution is: ONE chest per character, regardless of world, so, if you got 1 in your home world, guesting for it wouldn’t work, but you could still guest for chest if you didn’t on your home world

don’t know if they are even aware of this, it’s not even 6am there, and there’s no message from them anywhere, even twitter

being IT for 30 years now, I understand you and totally agree

bugs are normal in any software, unfortunately

bugs not being fixed as soon as reported isn’t normal and is very unprofessional

confirming this, it’s a new bug from February patch, it used to work fine

no crafting I do is advancing this category, be it refining, building mats, or a usable item, nothing seems to advance it

tried it with Jeweler and Cook, same result

anyone else have this?

bad luck i guess: the 4 world boss chests i got today (3 dragons + behemoth) all had 1 or 2 rares

actually, lots of ppl were saying they got 3+ times the same dragon chest today, so not sure if they actually implemented that. Unless the new build resets it…

i’m all for fixing exploits, but bugs should be the top priority:
- exploits save us a few minutes and don’t remove most of the fun
- bugs (like dc not being able to rejoin) cost us hours sometimes and seriously hinder the fun of the game

Do you want us having fun and keeping on playing? Or are you trying to make ppl quit? Cause you’re succeeding there… at least fractals.. I’m the last of my group still even trying, and am very close to giving up on fractals altogether…

5 groups today, all 5 had to quit after an hour cause of dc

this is unacceptable

the exploits weren’t really hurting anyone, this dc issue IS. Fix bugs, then exploits, then add new content. And TEST it before please

30 mins now unable to login, never had this before

i must say that today I had no lag AT ALL, at least no more than in a large WvW battle, perfectly acceptable, unlike the 1st 2 events where I couldn’t play at all

Now event ended and I had to logoff to fix a grouping bug, and can’t log back in :p

according to the dev blog at https://www.guildwars2.com/en/news/leah-rivera-on-the-new-fractals-of-the-mist-dungeon/, the dungeon lvl should scale up to the highest lvl of all players (quote: “The dungeon will remember your progress, and will poll the party’s levels when you enter, scaling the dungeon to the highest common attained level”), but it’s scaling to the lowest lvl of the group, making it close to impossible to get a group of the right lvl, since almost no one wants to repeat the same, and it’s very hard to find ppl of same lvl.

Please fix this asap

So, please report this as a bug, the more that do, the faster it will get fixed

been camping this for a few hours every day (2 to a max of 7) since the start of Halloween. Every single day, hours there, killing everything, talking to all npcs, doing anything I can think of, and nothing.

The ONLY theory I’ve seen so far is the npc that spawns the vet. Tried that countless time (once I just stood there for 3 hours spawning the vet over and over), and still nothing.

Talk to all my friends that are trying this, same result.

Ask in map every time I zone in, no one reports seeing the Behemoth.

This is driving me crazy

Risen Captain is not directly related to Meta Event, but it will prevent the Meta Event from starting if not killed

Afaik, there are no triggers, only a timer (no idea what)

! thing to notice is the 2 NPCs in the camp at nw bay (where ship will spawn). Those 2 NPCs will start the escort event that ends with the Risen Captain. Once you kill the Captain, those 2 NPCs will respawn at their camp, and sometime later the escort will repeat itself. This will go on until Meta Event timer is over. So, if the 2 NPCs do NOT reappear at their camp, that means the Meta Event is close.

The 3 times I done it, once the Meta Event started in 20 minutes (after NPCs vanishing), another in 30, and the last 1 the Meta Event refused to start in almost 2 hours (had to leave then)

twitter said maintenance was over some time ago

every few login attempts i manage to get into game but get disconnected after a few mins

got back in to character select, but then got a transaction failed error and can’t login again

other thread with this, seems lots are having same issue

just got this also after server crash

same here, but different than before, this time it says connection failed

got dc’d also, message was ‘incorrect password’…..

and can’t login now, with the same error as when servers were down for update a while ago
