Honestly, seen so many opinions and different view is good as we all have our opinions, still you forget the simple fact that whether or not is Free, or words used are “Strong” or self entitlement rage comments are but the result of something promised and not delivered and thus a broken promise.

Still, I believe the game does deserve a second chance, but I also believe that what was said is not enough and that unfortunately nothing is done about it as compensation, which is deserved as I did comply with my end of the bargain as many others did, but ANet did not came through … I don’t care about the gear, I have one 80 with no gear and no finish quest for Zaithan and many many alts … I wanted a Tittle, the experience of been there … that’s what I wanted.

But enough of this, I wasn’t looking for community support but thanks for those who did and thanks for those who share their comments and points of view, some made me laugh, some others simply got me to think of Cave Trolls and so on … it’s always good to speak your mind so never stop doing it, thanks everyone for your opinions.

I just simply wanted to leave a feedback in the Event Feedback Thread, this was moved out of it, because it was archived … funny, it’s still there on the sticky notes someone should remove it from there …

I believe that nothing will be done, whether I think it should or not, and more things will come, still want this tittle, still think it was poorly handle, still think what was said was not enough and still feel like I need more time to get over this awful experience and get back to the game I love and enjoyed in the past … enough of this.

If this can be close, please do so. If I can do so, please let me know in a non troll format.

Yes, it’s a strong word and I think it’s not strong enough as of to express my frustration and as I can see on most of this forum and the rest of the web, theirs too.

I know about people on different time zones, etc … yet, they were not there, I and many others were there and invested time and time again jumping from bugged overflows to completed overflows and DC while at it and so on … betrayed, is not even close for me and I could say some others when not hearing a proper apology but a script and add to that the lack of interest in addressing the discontent and obvious lack of rewards, even thou we were there and got left out due to their fault.

I’m not saying I’m unhappy with the game, and that I don’t know it’s F2P, but there’s a commitment to the community that is an important goal to keep in mind if you want your community to participate in-game and economically as well.

This I believe will pass and I will continue to play and will perhaps give a look at a new event but the expectation will be gone … it will eventually pass and if everything goes as planned for ANet we will be happy campers again but this will always be a bad experience.

Again, this is not an apology nor a solution for all of those who were there and couldn’t complete the event.

I felt betrayed and due to that with less interest in the game since then, I open the game up and the joy is gone, having been there and not been able to participate due to errors and more and having people collecting rewards and such is not even close to a enjoyable experience; I’m currently frustrated and after reading that small piece of very carefully prepared piece of public relationships paper … I just couldn’t help to do this I’m doing … If I wanted this type of lame reading I would stick to Ghostcrawler blog …

I was hoping a new chance something like a warp Azura time gate opened by luck that will close after a while never to return … but nothing … I hope things change in the future, but honestly … you should do something for those of us who were not capable of completing the event, not because we weren’t there but because you fail to deliver the event for all, it was your fault, not mine.

I hope you can learn from this experience and I hope something can be done in regards this situation other than another piece of Public Relations paper in where no formal apology was given and no commitment to address the current frustration of those who were there but couldn’t do it.

I have to say that unlike the Halloween Contest, this one I did not enjoy … I was not able to finish the event, get the tittle and so on because it was bugged and demo team just stop moving, … I stood there afraid of losing this almost working event for about 2 hours and because the time I spent moving from overflow to overflow I decided to wait until it was already too late and due to work, I logged out.

I believe some more time should be add for those of us unable to get this event complete, not because we were not there, but because of the overflows and event/server errors, the experience since day one were very similar to this one but they were later on available and thus completed but with yesterday event … this was frustrating above all …

Please consider in extending the event for one or 2 more days so that all who can or need to participate can finish this.

I would love to see an event in where you get to hijack one Alt or even the Main Toon at the account to then have it to be rescued by another Toon that will escalate to the level of this Toon and by following clues and traces and mini events he will get to rescue it and then later on both, one with AI and the other yourself kill a Veteran or a Champion to be finally free … that will be nice.

I LOVED the Mad King Clock Tower, geee I rage like there’s no tomorrow! But I was able to complete it now the one thing make it more difficult to me was trying to do it with the giant races of Tyria … I think I will use a by race only, but, if I’m running it with my friends and they have different races we won’t be able to troll each other when falling.

The pieces of the Mad King history were amazing and the fact that I get to keep an artifact that shows I did it makes it even more amazing … One thing I didn’t like about this was to have those weird riddles and end up on Google finding out how to do those … I would have use something like come with the clue to a Priory representative and some how going to a portal or something and open a mini event that will end up taking me to the particular ghost.

PVP maps, awesome, no complaints

Mining nodes on PVP areas … I would remove those, I was more tempt to get those than to fight, big distraction for me.
