Been having the same problem since this patch, I have to ctrl alt del and stop gw2.exe and restart, getting real annoying

the dev in charge of balancing plays a warrior main, go figure…
as someone who recently rolled a mesmer alt, im pretty upset..
I’m talking about the WEAPONS though, which are available to all races.

gl getting around Orr on a mount……
I notice the cultural weapons are soulbound. Is there a reason why they shouldn’t be account bound instead? (hopefully a dev can answer this one) I mean, if dungeon tokens and gear are now account bound, why can’t cult. weapons be as well.
Was hoping to buy one for an alt, heh.
I wanna rename one of my alts and I can imagine many people would like to do the same. This is a much needed feature, and would definitely be a money maker for anet.
