Still haven’t seen anything about disconnects and loss of buff. Will we get rewards for those events?

Redeemed two 2,000 gem cards at BLTC. After each transaction the “success” window popped up to show the gems too be sent to my account. Both times I was credited with the 2,000 gems. However, the “success” window indicated 20 gems both times. Needless to say this was a little scarey.
