3 weeks ago DB, BG and JQ in T1, DB wins, BG in second JQ in 3rd
2 weeks ago DB gets knocked from FIRST place in T1 into T2, BG, JQ stay T1 and TC moves up
Last week BG wins, JQ in second and TC in 3rd
But now, JQ has a score higher an TC but is in T2 with no pairing and TC(who has a pairing) is in T1 against DB and BG…
What exactly is going on with scoring? Are you guys just throwing darts at a board to figure out T1? Or is TC cozying up with the right people?
It really makes no sense to me what so ever and I would really appreciate an explanation.
It still early to call this week scores… The matches pretty much just reseted. Give it a day or two before jumping unto conclusion. I’m pretty sure TC still cannot compete with BG.
At no point did I say anything about this weeks scores, I’m wondering about the fact that TC consistently places low and their current ranking score according to the GW2 Leaderboards shows TC scored below JQ which earned them a paired server, yet they are in T1 instead of JQ.
I think the biggest problem is how little sense it seems to make, if a server is in first place in T1 knocking them down to T2 for a little variety accomplishes nothing, all it does it place a large server with a consistent WvW population against servers that can’t compete resulting in 100k point differences.
That type of a match up isn’t fun, it’s just a slaughter resulting in lowered morale and fewer people bothering to play that week.
Okay so I posted a rather unrefined version of this idea on the main Gw2 reddit a few days ago, here’s the idea I wanted to convey.
So you take a camp in enemy territory and its starts spawning dolyaks, what do those do for you, anything? Now take a minute and imagine if there was a guild upgrade which would allow you to use that dolyak to say destroy the current supply stocked in a tower, or deal 15% damage to the tower gate.
The idea behind it being that often people won’t bother defending a camp because “we can just flip it back in 5 min” these dolyaks could increase camp defenses as well as increase the amount of enemies venturing further into a territory hoping to keep a camp long enough to get a dolyak out.
All in all I think it could make for interesting play.
What do you think? Anymore suggestions or improvements for the idea?
I’ll be honest the one color I’ve been waiting forever and ever and ever for is a dark purple. We have tons of unnatural colors in all shades(I’m looking at you 86 different shades of blue) and yet the only purple color we have is that awful shade of neon lilac…could we get something closer to say this color? Please anet =]
Are there any other colors you guys would like to see?
The arrow above the healing skill stays permanently once it shows up & the escape key just causes it to move, another member of my party also experienced the same bug.
So I had an idea about the Krait, they are every where, we fight them all the time but there is never really and interaction with them. After reading the small amount of information on them here…
Soooo I have an idea! What if the Krait are going to play more of a role in the up coming expansion?! While the Krait don’t openly communicate with any of the land dwelling races, but who knows what the priests are up to behind the scenes. I for one can’t remember having EVER seen a Sylvari Krait slave
