can't make a new character

I just bought the game and cant even make a character… still guys
im getting error 7:11 or something whenever i try to make a character

the game client lost its connection.

I just bought the game today but I cant play because of this error.
I cant even make a character because of this stupid error.
It seems this error started to occur some years ago.. and the tech team of GW2 hasnt fixed it yet? wth;;
