I do not understand what this means. Or what a “Charge-back” is. I have proof I purchase from via GameStop. I have the full collector’s edition, game, statue, pictures, tin and all.
I have contacted my seller and credit card company and they no nothing of it either. Please get back to me
If there is an amount due to you via ArenaNet, from a “Charge Back” I can ensure you that I can pay it back right away. If one of the times I bought gems maybe it screwed up. Please get back to me thank you.

Hi Gaile Gray,
I am at a 7 day, 1 week suspension now. My ticket number: 121107-002636 , was marked (Under Review) but still no changes.
I have supplied a lot of information of My Character names, My name, and My serial code and even a picture of my serial code. I bought my Collectors Edition from Gamestop and I can include more pictures of my Collectors Edition, such as Rytlock Statue and Tin and pictures if that would help.
Please help me, so I can be back on before weekend event.

It’s been 3 days… I still haven’t heard anything and this is becoming ridiculous. I’ve spent $150.00 on the collector’s edition, $85.00 on gems and my account is banned for doing something I never did with zero response from Arena Net. That’s over $200 on a game that I can no longer play because of an over-zealous employee or anti-bot system. This is unprofessional and would never be accepted in any other IT industry.
It has reached the point where I won’t be spending another penny on your game as this shows a complete lack of concern for your customer base. I’ve gotten better support from Korean Pay-2-Win games….
Same here for me, I too bought the collectors edition and atleast $100 on gems! Not to mention all the time I’ve put into my character the last 3 month’s!
This is the 6th day for me. >.<
I am very upset, and hope they fix it soon.

It hasn’t been 72 hours exactly, but by the time it is, I’d imagine the office would be closed for the weekend, so I’m jumping the gun a little.
121108-000346 is the ticket number. I was transferred to Payment Review team on Wednesday, but haven’t heard anything since. All information is in the ticket, but I am happy to provide more if it helps.
Now it has actually been 72 hours. I am posting this again as per previous instructions.

I keep seeing people have more and more days of waiting then me, which is just over 3 days. It slightly worries me, I would love to have faith in ArenaNet, and just looking at my situation I still did, but then I see everyone else I haven’t received a single email, P.M, nor have my tickets been fixed or anything, and like I said its even worse for others.
What get’s really frustrating though is the fact that ArenaNet hasn’t or doesn’t make contact in the first place of why I was or other people get Suspended (in the first place)
Thank you, I really hope this gets resolved soon.

Seeing as this looks like an area for players just to talk to players about there issues and such, i thought i’d make an update.
Well it is the second day of being suspended for me, it really sucks because some of my only friends are on Guild Wars, either i’ve met them there like most of them , or for a few it is due to me moving and friends moving, so that’s one of the only places I can be with them. You can’t do much with facebook, not to mention it is overrated, so that is one of my only sources of contacts with them.
I’ve been looking over this little Forum, and seeing a lot of talk about botting, which doesn’t apply to me at all since i don’t farm in the first place, but anything could happen by accident, but i still dont think thats the reason i got banned, i havn’t visited orr since i picked up my pact weapon. all i do is dungeons, and play with my guild :p
I’ve been playing Guild Wars 2 since september, i pre-ordered Guild Wars 2 Collectors Edition from Game Stop last spring.
Now someone mentioned that could be the reason i was banned, something about the serial code, and someone trying to hack my account and Arenanet, denying access. I would be actually very thankful if arenet suspended me for this since they would be saving my account. But i hope its not this either since that makes me feel unsafe if someone was hacking my account, since it has personal info on it and such, like credit cards for gems and things.
I did buy gem’s back in september, but the credit card company denied it for some reason at first, so i hope thats not the problem.
Recently i also bought 4 gem cards at gamestop (but that was with a gamestop card)
Now as for tickets and such, I have submitted 2, one yesterday and one today, the only reason i did the second one was because the first one was sloppy, and it didnt include my serial code, since i couldn’t find it yesterday (but i found it today at the bottom of my guild wars tin) So i made a new ticket including that and some player names and a more detailed explanation.
I see people are saying be patient, and i saw how Galie said Arenanet doesn’t like multiple tickets. So I am done on those. I guess i’ll just wait it out since people seem to have got there accounts back in 2-3 days in the comments above. I just really hope i do to, especially to be on for the lost shores next week.
feel free to respond to me if you bothered to read all of this, im pretty much just stress typing it out because i have nothing else to do.

Today I came across a problem of my account being suspended.
Earlier today on 11/7/2012 during the morning I logged on to Guild Wars, didn’t do much was probably on for less then an hour. I took a nap, then tried to log back in around 12:30 p.m. server time, and I came across this message following,
“Guild Wars 2 has encountered an error, Your Guild Wars 2 Account has been suspended for an account issue, Please contact support for more information”
I was just wondering what I can do to get my account un-suspended or how it even got that way.
As a player in Guild Wars I always follow the rules, and report Botting, Gold Sellers, Scamming, and racial slurs when they occur.
I never do any of the above, occasionally when I swear it’s is only jokingly with my friends in my guild and such, and they are never racist or bias, or anything over pg-13, except your occasional f-bomb. What I’m trying to ask is how this happened, and how do I get back on the game, un-suspended.
I would leave an Email but i’m not sure how many people can see this.
