Okay I’m getting sick of this.
It’s been a week since this failed update was brought out. And after a couple of updates/fixes I’m still unable to get any loot from dungeon bosses, or a bonus chest at the end of a dungeon run.
Is this ever going to be fixed?
Or should I just cut my losses and quit playing the game?

I have to disagree with “I know developers working every day to let us play and blah-blah.”

Since this is indeed the 4th day and ongoing, with a (maybe working) fix not inbound till at least Tuesday. I’m gonna go ahead and say that anet and the devs are just taking their easter weekend and thinking; screw you guys, we’re having our days off.

Guess what anet, so do we and we’d like to play a game that works during that time.

For me this is now the 3rd day in a row that I’m unable to get any boss loot drops (no chest visually or physically) in the dungeons. And even worse, no bonus chest at the end of a run either.
So I’ve been doing these useless runs for 3 days now, is this going to be fixed anytime soon?

Yeah but really, that is just the worst type of customer service. How can you let people wait over the weekend, when that is the time most people are online.
Also I’ve completely uninstalled the game and installed it again, which didn’t do anything.

So I’ve been having this problem since the update/fix of yesterday.
Since yesterday I have suddenly lost the ability to get a loot drop from bosses inside dungeons. Also when doing the run for the first time a day, the bonus chest at the end also does not occur.
After killing a boss inside a dungeon, the loot chest icon on the minimap appears as normal. But when going to that position in the game itself, there is no chest, not visually or physically. Also upon completing the run by killing the endboss for the the first time yesterday and today, the bonus chest did not appear.
The weird part is that world bosses like Melandru and The Shatterer did drop chests today.
I believe more people have this problem and would like to see it fixed soon, since this takes away the use of doing a dungeon run.
