I’m disappointed that I transmuted my previous helm to the Dragon Helm not knowing I would have facial hair issues. I kinda wish I hadn’t transmuted now…

Seems to me a fair way to do it would be to increase the RNG droprate per user upon each successful completion of the dungeon. If it was 3% the first time, it should be 5% the second, 7% the third etc. That way it’s still random, but less random. That seems to reward those who put in the time while not giving it away.

This is not fixed. Still happening with authenticator connected. I’m pulling it so I can actually play. I’ve all but finished the same mission twice only to have the client disconnect before completion. Very frustrating.
