So this error code is one that I’ve gotten sporadically for about a year. There will be weeks where I don’t get it once, weeks where I’m able to only log in during specific times, and weeks where it simply never lets me online. I ran PingPlotter and received these results. (see attachments)
So it seems when I hit hop #10 my packet loss goes crazy; I checked the IP location and it seems to be in Colorado. I currently live in New Zealand and live on my university’s campus so I use the university’s internet, but I haven’t experienced any disconnection issues with any other online game. In this instance, would that hop fall under my ISP’s jurisdiction? I really doubt they’ll go to many lengths to try to make a game more playable…
EDIT: There has only been one solution I hadn’t tried until now: utilising a VPN. I know this solution has been posted before but I no longer face any 7.11 error codes after trying a VPN (tried BattlePing’s free trial and it worked like a charm).
