Guild Wars 2

This is really starting to kitten me off, ever since i started playing this game all iv been doing is hoping i dont randomly crash, now the one zone i need to be in causes lock ups.

Also why cant GW2 just crash like a normal game instead of forceing a restart? thats the part im getting really kitten off at, this is one of the worst game i have ever played if not the worst in terms of stability.

Hello, iv been playing for awhile now and im trying to do some events in cursed shore but im crashing every 10m or so. This is only happening in cursed shore so i believe it is an event causeing it. Any suggestions or eta on a fix?

(By crashing i mean locking up my whole system and needing to do a force restart)

I will be gone for a few days and im leaveing in 10 minutes, ill be sure to do this and get the report to you guys asap

Hello, i have recently been doing a lot of dungeons and looking on the forums.
Whenever i do the now infamous CoF it is almost always an expliot group. Why?
Because it is way to hard. in the Magg run alone i can think of 2 areas that cannot be completed by a pub group (and most others) these being the lava run (the mobs have A LOT of health and respawn WAY to quickly) and when Magg is planting the charges (same problem but 200sec hold out? most cant last 50…).

The only reason people are mass explioting is because they feel it cannot be done otherwise (atleast without haveing a 15s repair bill 18 times) for what is now not the best reward other then the tokens.

And people dying over and over again watching there hard earned gold fly away isnt much fun at all.

Are for all the “Oh me and my group finished it in like 5 minutes no bigie” yeah we get it you’re amazing but the vast majority are in the same boat as me.

Besides locking up all the time GW2 has also been either rufuseing to start and just disappearing into the backround (forceing a restart) or when i exit the game it will lock up my system for a few minutes then gives a GW2.dat error message.
I have checked that my GW2.dat is not read only.

I completely agree, ALL of the changes to CoF only made things worse, and i HATE it.
i just got my warr to 80 the day of these changes and now every time i see somone with the full set a can only think lucky kitten got it easy.
But i also think that putting a limit of the amount of times you can do it is the better option. (5-10 ofcorse, limiting to 1-2 would just be stupid and make 180 tokens a months work)
And i think it also needs to be reverted to how it was, before it was a challenge but completeable now it is just a death simulater with added reapir costs.

Ok, i finished the memtest and it came up clean and i have all the microsoft updates.
On an unrelated topic after running memtest everytime i go to google.com my browser starts not responding.

Hello, i have 2 problems with crashing. The first is when starting and exiting the game sometimes it will just start then instantly go into the backround and then windows will stop responding with the only option being a hard restart.
The second problem is that ingame sometimes it will just randomly go to a black screen with no noise again the only option being a hard restart and i have tryed updateing my drivers and turning AA to use application settings.

i know its GW2 causeing these issuses because i can play any other game i own (BF3 etc) in maximum setting without any issuses.
