No, that is a bad idea. And then you will be pinning guilds against their own members because the Queue said so. You should not shove people on a different server, on top of that you must be on your server to give your guild guild points. They change and everything resets when you go onto another server. so you cannot contribute to your guilds main server by being on another server. Thusly all benefits from relocating players to a different server is counter productive and would hurt the system. You need to block players from entering the W v W v W instance or increase benefits of the players to a scale. Hate to say it but….

SORRY THAT YOU HAVE TO EXERT EFFORT NOW. I don’t like things being given to me but I like hope of it being capable of being earned. At this moment it’s not capable of that, and people won’t Change servers to balance it because they like to have a easy win. Sorry but grow up or take the loss the hard way.

There’s still other methods of going about this, you can increase the guards strengths and numbers to even out the battles as well. I can come up with a million and one idead but which one that appeals to them is their decision on how to do this.

I have a list of ideas you can toy around with with World vs World vs World balancing. I know you guys are capable of fixing the balancing issues, I have been a part of Arena.net member base for 7 years now, despite losing my old account information, lol. Regardless, you guys always manage to pull through, however. I feel I should put some unique ideas out there for you, since Guild Wars 2 is such a unique game in itself. So many fresh original ideas in the game that are either not seen or not well known because they aren’t used much. Regardless of the reasoning, I will Suggest a few ideas to balance the currently unbalanced WvWvW.

1) You can increase each players stats in a ratio per person they are out numbered.

For Example: (I will be using my server current numbers for W v W v W) Fergusons Crossing: 469,467 Kaineng 53,528 Devonas Rest: 52,290.

We usually encounter groups of 4 of us against about 15 of them. Despite the teams lack of knowledge we can usually manage to dwindle their numbers and possibly win it, however they just tend to bring back about 30 with them to make it 35 vs 4.. So instead of my 20,000 health it will increase by a ratio. If our server has 2k people playing WvWvW And theirs has 20,000 Then we gain a 1:1 ratio or even a 1:2 ratio in health. So instead of my 20k I will be 40k or maybe even 30k. And you can scale the toughness, strength, precision, and all other stats accordingly To give each player a boost to give the weaker server at least a fighting chance. This may seem unbalanced typically however once someone logs into the pvp world the whole server would lose according to the ratio amount. I am guessing each player should be equivalent to a veteren or even a champion (depending on the ratio) at the cursed shore.

2) You limit the number of players allowed to enter the W v W v W Realm.

For Example:
If my server Devonas Rest has 2000 people in WvWvW then no other server can exceed this. It should be set by the realm with the lowest amount of players on.

3) All Things WvWvW based are reduced and increased according to a set ratio.

For example:
The places with less players, their siege blueprints will cost less but are only bound by instance. if you leave WvWvW with it, then you will lose it (meaning you cannot stack and hord blueprints when your server has nobody or switch servers to gain them and then switch back) It could be a seperate merchant or even just another merchant tab for the special blueprints. And they cost half the ammount to build siege weapons or maybe just 25% reduction. Their damage is also increased to nearly double for how many you have out. So & hit 7k with a catapult at a wall It will hit 14k, but if we build 2 catapults then both will only hit 12k or maybe 10k.

There is so many other ideas I have but I don’t want to make this any longer than it already is. The specifics or numbers or ratios is up to you.I only threw some out for a kick start or so you can brainstorm with it instead of starting from scratch. I work better with kick starts but that’s me.

Thank you for your time.

I think they should just do a very quick server reset. It would get rid of a lot of afk, which would lower latency and sometimes fps if theres a large group of people there. I don’t think these npc are bugged because they worked for awhile. But they got glitched which does happen. it may be easier to just reset the server and let it be than to actually fix it. If they decide to work on a fix right now then you’re waiting a week or two if not more for the patch. Whereas the server reset is 5-10 minutes. They can work on it later. Just my opinion.

How GW2 IS becoming a "Grind" -MY thoughts.

Well I am no part of NcSoft but I can attempt to put out a response to this.

ahem

Alright so you’re wondering why, NcSoft, tried to make the game not require grinding, yet end game is a grind fest. Simple, if you make any game not require any part of grinding it begins to get relatively easy, and things that are relatively easy have no play through value. You need something to work for and if it’s all given to you what are you playing? I think they want to focus on late game more than early game because Once you’re max level theres nothing to do but grind dungeons for better equipment and PVP. And if you got your Equipment the second you killed the boss of a dungeon then what fun is that?

Most mmo’s use this logic to try and keep the longevity of the game. But some use it just to prolong the game until they can come out with updates and patches for it so it keeps the players interested still, until release date of the new major patches. This is my opinion of the scenario I hope it may help.
