Guild Wars 2

I know the feeling. I tried everything I could. I have made a support ticket by arenanet and tried everything they said. Later they said sorry we can’t help you. I know it’s the game, because it was after a update from gw2 I got the black screen. I think there is no solution for it right now. They need to fix this many people are experiencing this problem and they can’t fix this. I have it only with gw2 and with nothing else. It’s not my pc. I think the drivers from the video-card are conflicting with gw2.

After my laptop was broken I purchased a game pc. Sadly I can’t play guild wars 2. After 30-45 minutes my pc gets a black screen and it reboots. I have nvidea gtx660.

What I tried:
- Checking the heat of my pc
- Did a clean install of my nvidea drivers
- Conecting directly with the modem
- Prevent background applications from automatically start with windows
- Disable my firewall and anti-virus
- I have set the graphic options from gw2 on medium

I’m really sad I can’t play gw2 without any problems. All other games are running fine and never seen a blackscreen there. I hope there is a solution for this.

Still no solution for this after 3/4 year not played this game. Its really sad they dont do anything about it. I love the game and its frustating me.
