Not to be a smart kitten but they also said there would be minor balance tweaks today.. Just expect bad balance updates, broken promises and regular updates to the gem store and Anet won’t dissapoint.
OUT OF ALL THE BUGS THEY FIX A SKILL WHICH WE THOUGHT WAS NOT EVEN A BUG BUT A PLAYSTYLE.
Whats the point of having an immobilize that last for nothing while taking our lovely time to get the animation for the backward evade to be over then to spam the F1 skill just to wait another animation of the long animation of Killshot.
Wasnt the whole point of this skill to help land killshot? By the time your 4th skill on rifle is execute, the enemy is broken free of the immobilize.
Time to man up to the hot seat to whoever ‘fix’ this bug
and PLEASE dont introduce skills to players which isnt going to be used how it was advertised.
Because style points matter, and now that we can jump and execute brutal shot we’ll racking those points up!
Its almost like they deliberately pick the items of least importance.. But that’s absurd of course.
Not to worry, Brutal Shot got a bug fix…
I didn’t mean the traited version, but the actual utility. I popped know DH had traps down, yet still melt. I had this problem again last night vs unload spam thief of all things.
Like we have longbow, shortbow but just skipped the technological advancement to crossbow straight to pistol and rifle?
2H axes, ball n chain, crossbow, chakrams all would be great, but I can’t see any new weapons being implented soon.
I don’t main war so I was unaware this was a known thing. Thought I’d ask tho, cause there’s nothing like going 100-0 with endure pain popped.
Anyone else been taking damage while Endure Pain is active? Happen to me last night vs DH.
I love how he said keep experimenting with new builds lulz
I’ve encountered this multiple times, but I’ve never got dishonor. Try clicking accept multiple times, that’s what I do.
Personally the only time I enjoy the legends talking grunting is if its Shiro.
Pyre sounds great, but I would prefer another baddie. Like Kanaxai or Urgoz.
So I’m going to skip passed the energy mechanic issues, because they really aren’t THAT bad, aside from starting with half OOC, and one form of generation. Oops.
Anyways I thought the revenant was supposed to be this hardcore heavy armored group supporting figure, and during the beta the only support I offered playing it was being the first in group to be focused.
Many of the things I think make a class/build the revenant totally lacked. Then they announce Glint stance, and it comes equipped with everything I found them lacking. Literally.
Not one but two damage immunity abilities(Move over Jalis Ironhammer, your “tankfulness” is no longer required). Until Glint the only swiftness available required your brick road ability+hammer 3 or 5 or staff 4 mace 3, and no one has energy to spare for that. The healing abilities, imo, are laughable. Assuming your running Marauders Amy they heal roughly a quarter of your health(Mallyx +xhp per condi) and you can trait to siphon health as well, but that means you need to be constantly offensive to get that HP. Where’s my panic button? If I’m getting bursted, a 4k heal isn’t really a heal its more like relying the inevitable. Well good news, Glints got your back with his healing ability. I can’t remember the initial heal amount, but its hardly worth mentioning since the ability also provides a duration of negating damage and turn x amount into health. \(0)/. The new profession mechanic provides party members with additional boon duration, and also can be used to grant all the boons the other boons Glints utilities offer.
Now I want to play the revenant, and I want it to be challenging and exciting, but I think that the Glint stance offers too many of the things other classes/builds have that make them excel. Reading the glint abilities and traits and watching the POI side featuring glint made me think one thing: if you aren’t using Glint stance and the e spec w/ shield you are dead weight to your team.
These are all my opinions of course, feel free to disagree or point out any mistakes I made above.
