Going on 4 hours now, that is one hell of a delay. Im glad I didnt want to play this today (sarcasm).
This is quite infuriating. What kind of system is this? Why cant I upgrade my account… you know, like MOST OTHER GAMES! No, instead I am at the mercy of AN’s email system which is obviously a piece of trash and waiting on their CS Team… and last time I needed to contact them it took them 3 days to get back to me. smh
I just payed for the Heart of Thorns expansion, I know there was a serial code that came up on my screen but I didn’t copy it correctly before trying to enter the code to upgrade my account… now I cant find the code.
Where can I find the code? I haven’t received an email with it and I have lodged a ticket but the response times from AN can take some time. Is there any where else I can find this code?
