Is it telling me support doesn’t exist?

Are there some ports or something that I need to open?

Disconnects every 4-5 minuets after the most recent build. Was fine before most recent build. I have tried everything in the stickies.

Unable to find login server 50% of the times I try to reconnect. Log out and back in will fix it for another 5 mins. Then client kicks me.

Error is: Client lost connection to server. we hate you log in later.
the text reads something along those lines

Tried to go to support on the website but it said the server wasn’t found. Tried to log in to the forums yesterday but got a 401. Tried to re-install the client and fill out the survey but the server for that wasn’t found either. Game will work fine sometimes for prolong periods of enjoyment. Then it just crushes my hopes and dreams of achieving a level with out have to re-log 50 times.

I could try to explain the problem more. But I would just be repeating myself.

Is the game still in beta? Do I get a reward for beta testing?

Everything was working great before most recent patch.

Now the client loses connection to the server every 3-4 minuets. The game will run smoothly for a bit and then just drop me.

No lag, just being dropped. Constantly.

I’ve tried all the graphic card updates and things suggested on the gw2 forums. I don’t know why that would be an issue though since it worked fine before.

When the connection stops sometimes it will come back, sometimes it won’t. If I jump back to character select screen and back in game it works smoothly for a while then everything is dropped again.

I wouldn’t imagine it is a connectivity issue on my end other wise any of my other online games would most likely be showing something similar too.

Going to try installing the client from the web instead of the CD and see if anything different happens.
