I’m very sorry to hear about the issue you had with a Legendary item you acquired. I’m afraid we would be unable to roll your account back to a point before the item transmutation. The developers are working on this and are hoping to have this resolved as soon as possible. Although I can’t guarantee when the issue is resolved that all previously transmuted Legendary items will receive an update to revert them to Legendary. However, I have no doubt this is being considered as the developers do understand many players have already been affected by this issue.

Bump. This issue needs to be solved. I spent 300 hours farming, and didn’t know my legendary would turn into a freaking exotic. Really? Bad stats on the games greatest item, and when we try to solve the problem, it becomes nothing more than a common exotic?

Seriously, I got disconnected, and couldn’t loot the chest. And it’s nice how I play 500 hours of GW2, and some kid who plays 50ish hours gets a dusk (free legendary). Bull.

Yeaaaaaa I enjoyed wasting 20 gold.
