Ok I emailed the support team, hopefully they can do something I’m quite annoyed my extra money has gone to waste.. and yea I planed on using transmutation on them unless I found better, I have no idea on how to use them but that’s the fun in playing something new… learning how to play

Well I brought the heroic edition of Guild Wars 2 and when I opened the the email and received the items I opened the chest and had no idea which armour I need for my guardian (heavy armour only), it didn’t say what armour was heavy, medium or light so I chose the Krytan one and obviously I couldn’t use that one because it was medium armour.
so my question is either; do I get a new heroic chest every time I start a new character?
or is there any way of changing it? I payed an extra £10 for the heroic edition and the only thing I was looking forward to,I feel it was cheated from me without giving me item info..
and help/ advice?
