Yeah I noticed this, I thought it was a new feature but no other weapon does it so yup another classic Anet bug

You’re not really doing 100,000 dmg it’s just adding up the previous autoattacks but yeah looks really funny. especially the dredge boss in fractals.

Hello I’ve been searching on the forums and on the support page for about 30 minutes now and I can’t find how to change my email address. I’ve found loads on what to do if someone hacks and changes your account.

Any help would be appreciated

Osicat, yeah sorry you’re right I did totally forget about WvW.

My main gripe was about dungeons and fractals, but yeah it is awesome in WvW.

I know this may not be popular but I’ve started to get sick of portals.

Portal as it is has two uses.

1. For the mesmer in the group to do all the jumping and work while the rest of the team eat crisps and drink coke till he’s done.

2. To cheat the game i.e. The fractals where you return the whisps (Swampland Fractal), why bother learning how to get back when you can just use portal.

I’m getting pretty bored of every fractal or dungeon I’m in just boils down to “Do a portal mes!”

I learnt to jump and avoid attacks while the other classes got fat and lazy.

Another nice thing with spreading your stats is just in case some patch completely changes everything then you’re covered no matter what. So having stats in everything can help since you don’t have to re-buy everything.

Also if your doing a dungeons and you want to re-roll as a different sort of role (i.e. DPS to Support) then again they can help.

In my experience the patches have gone live from 7pm to 8pm GMT, which puts it around 11am to 12pm in Washington where Anet are based.

So you want no.2 on your staff that can have a cool down of 6 seconds as an ultimate on 60 seconds…

These are all great suggestions and totally agree that things need an overhaul!

Been running this build for a week now and I love it, but there are 3 things I want to bring up.

1. I find I have a problem with conditions at times and the CD on null field is too long, I’m thinking sigils of generosity would be the way forward.

2. No break stun in the arsenal, maybe signet of midnight would be a better fit, 3.5s +20% duration = 4.2 seconds of blindness and 10% duration of boons is always nice

3. I think runes of divinity would be best but they are super expensive for 7 runes, currently at 8 gold on the market so 56 gold

I had tried all the weapons at level 40 and after settling on sword and pistol I didn’t give another thought about it until I read your thread.

Had no idea the cooldown and the illusion damage stacked as the tooltips didn’t show! Thanks Anet.

I bought a rubbish focus for around 40 silver to try it out and iWarden got over 10k damage in some instances but averaged around 8k. I don’t have full exotics or ascended gear so that damage can only go up!

This is definitely my new build!
