For my ele pvp build, I have a minor trait, healing ripple, which stated that heals me 1672 when I attune water and a major trait, evasive arcana, which heals me 2041 when I dodge with my water attunement. I tested this in HOTM with the training bots and find that both healing ripple and evasive arcana heal me for 2041 but when I am in actual pvp fights, both of them heal me for 1672. Want to ask if there’s any healing nerf in pvp and if there is why it only nerfs the evasive arcana healing when the heal from healing ripple remains the same?

It’s on this forum but I don’t remember which post. They said why twice-told doesn’t worth anything as the wardrobe system came out and we can just achieve that by transmuting an ascended. Anyway now it’s clear that there’s no other way to get the title but with two identical legendary weapons.

Well thanks for replying anyway, maybe the bug has been fixed already or there is no such bug people just making it up nvm.

You don’t seem to understand what I am asking. Of course I knew the transmuted one isn’t a legendary. What I am saying is people did that before and succeed so I am asking if it’s still working after the patch as I can’t achieve it by doing the same thing right now.

Sorry about didn’t making it clear, I do this because I have seen people trying to transmute an ascended weapon into legendary and got the title. I just want to see if it’s still working after patch. Not a bug at all.

I’m currently trying to get the title Twice-Told Legend with two Incinerators (one Legendary and one Ascended), but it seems that I can’t get the title. I’ve tried
(1) equipped both daggers,
(2) equipped one and put another one in the Inventory, and
(3) equipped another weapon and put the two daggers in the Inventory
when I talked to the NPC, nothing happened.
As I’ve seen people doing this just by transmuting an ascended weapon into a legendary and got the title, I wanna ask if this still works after the patch.
