Shadow of the Mad King event “New Afterlife for Quaggan” lists feeding the quaggan 1,000 piece of candy corn. Upon arrival in the Town of Prosperity the Quaggan “Drooburt” is still dead in the vines but you are unable to talk / trade with him.
This sounds like a great idea, wish Arenanet would Impliment this!
