Been locked out for over a week now due to purchasing gems on your system for a few weeks prior. Would like to request removing the high-risk lock out when possible, thanks.

I’m still getting the same error message saying “An error occurred finalizing your purchase.”
even after the supposed update on the gem store. Please fix this.

I keep getting “An error occurred finalizing your purchase.” when I attempt to purchase gems through my paypal.
