I think being able to transfer once a week is very generous. Add to that the fact that the transfer is instant and doesn’t cost anything and I don’t know why anyone would complain about this! Most other games charge you to do transfers and have a much longer waiting period.

I don’t think anyone is complaining about the change in policy.

I moved under the assumption that after 24-hours I could move back. This agreement has been broken.

I won’t be waiting for 4 days that’s for sure. In the real world you don’t get to screw up and then blame the customer!

I just had a response from the Support Team. It was the usual automated response saying they couldn’t doing anything about it. What an insult.

This is the first balls-up I’ve been affected by since launch and I must say – it leaves a bitter taste!

Also have this problem. Transferred a few days ago before the new policy came into effect, now I’m locked out for 4 more days.
