I am faced with the same issue. I can’t log in because I am permanatly banned for gold trading/selling. The hacker did this. not me. Why am i still banned when you guys recovered my account? It’s been about five days now.

I am facing a similar issue. My account was hacked and banned for gold trading. Since I am the owner of my account, I would like access to my account. You stated before that I am not responsible for the actions of the hacker; yet, my account remains banned. Please help.

My account was hacked and recovered; however, upon attempting to log in, it says I am banned. You guys said that I am not responsible for the actions of the hacker in a previous thread, yet my account is still banned, and I have been waiting to play this game since last Friday. I really would appreciate it if someone would help me out.

I am really in need of some help. Last week my account was hacked. You guys were able to recover my account perfectly fine; however, upon attempting to log in, I receive a message saying that my account has been perma-banned. I submitted a ticket last week with no response. Am I really responsible for the actions that the hacker made on my account?
