Can anyone please answer when we can expect this issue to be resolved?
After the hotfix the portal still doesn’t work, the bug wasn’t fixed.
I’m still having the same issue, and I can’t complete Rata Sum because of it, when will it be fixed?
Thanks Raven and Metal for your answers, I am really tired of reading people bashing people who have genuine problems over blind faith.
I just wish some people could understand that as a customer, you have the right to demand quality. To be afraid that your progress will be lost IS a big issue. I’ve never said I haven’t had a good time with the game, or that the game is bad.
I understand that issues are bound to happen during launch and its first month or so, but you should also give me a break and admit that losing progress (even if it’s one hour) is an issue that’s both serious and unacceptable within a game that’s all about completion.
I don’t want to make assumptions about the people posting on these forums, but I have a full-time work and many responsibilities. Losing one hour of playtime means a lot to me as a gamer, and like everyone who purchased the game, I have a right to the product I bought.
I had the same issue and I find it completely unacceptable, this had never happened to me on any other game. I think games can have server issues with connectivity but not to ensure that my progress will remain untouched is a complete lack of good customer service. I had been happy with the game so far, but this made me change my mind.
