This bugg is not fixed yet. happened to me today twice.

ANET- you are far far away from the standard that battle.net made.

GUYS, ME AND MY FRIEND HAD EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM (random freezes with black screen, etc.) AND I THINK WE FOUND A SOLUTION.
We ran a game in windowed mode and it works. Try it out. I’m pretty positive about the solution.
