The OP is correct. The “Story Mode” difficulty level of the 30 dungeon (AC) iskitten The degree of difficulty is on the level of endgame content and worst part about dungeons in this game, you get no great looking gear/weapons. If you’re going to make a dungeon this difficult, regardless of story mode or challenge mode, you need to have the NPC’s dropping lvl 30 armor sets that are kitten. Horrible dungeon design and I hope NCSoft take this thread and the relevant posts into consideration.
No he’s not.
Seriously, I agree with quite a number of other people in this thread, learn to play. Make strategies, figure out what works and what doesn’t, and don’t just expect to be able to roflmao stop your way through a dungeon in 30 minutes getting fat epic loots in return.
Except all this does is make everyone farm the shortest and fastest mode possible, thereby making all other dungeons totally devoid of use.
No thanks.
It’s like two weeks into the game. No one really know how to play the game yet, that type of stuff doesn’t get figured out for possibly years. It’ll take some time before folks figure out what skills and weapon combo is the best (or really, exactly what role a profession sits); complaining about being under/overpowered this early is kinda silly.

Should have a list of IPs, though afaik you can’t revoke access to anything.
Best you can do is fill out one of these http://en.support.guildwars2.com/app/ask/session/L3RpbWUvMTM0NzA0OTM1OC9zaWQvSFhCQW9HNWw%3D and then wait.
I've waited a week and finally I'm back to the game. Thank you Customer Support Team a lot!

I think the ban for the Karma exploit was overdone.
They made a mistake and set the wrong value for the items, how the hell are the players supposed to know that the value is wrong? And instead of fixing this issue, and perhaps do a a rollback, they proceed to ban thousands of players for doing something they had no way of knowing was an exploit.
After reading a large number of posts on the account forums here alone, I’m really starting to question Anets policy.
I keep getting the impression that players are banned for no reason at all and they get no informations as to what they did to get the ban, but instead tell players to read the TOS as if that will explain to players what they did to get the ban in the first place.
For me it has come to a point where I am actually expecting to have gotten a ban or suspension every time I log in, and find myself surprised when I can in fact log in and play.
There’s a very large difference between buying a weapon once while it was low karma for your own use and buying a boatload for pure exploitative purposes.
I dunno, it seems to me like a lot of these can be solved by sheer common sense, or thinking about what you’re writing before you do. Just because in previous games one hasn’t gotten banned for language doesn’t justify its use everywhere. It’s rather easy to think to oneself hey, you know that bad word/racial slur/can be viewed as offensive term thing that I’m about to type in? Yeah, let me not use that!
And that solves ALL the problems. No usage, no reporting, no ban.

Odds are that your accounts have been breached and banned either for your own safety or for gold seller propaganda in-game. Unfortunately there isn’t much to do other than waiting for a response. Support normally does prioritize such situations, so I don’t know why it’s taking you so long.
My guess is it’s from the sheer volume of tickets that flow in upon the launch of a game.
And yes, account compromising sounds like the most likely reason the OP was banned, don’t think I’ve heard of a case of someone getting permabanned because of language.
Or you could just choose to not use vulgar and inappropriate character names and/or language. Quite rather simpler.
