Guild Wars 2

I want to find a good class that can easily dish out high damage and hopefully survive against a pack of mobs in PVE and WvW. So basically right now I’m torn between Warrior or Elementalists. Any suggestions?

So I was wondering what is the best weapon choice for endgame elementalists? Is dagger/dagger good? or is Staff better?

So I wanted to know that does crafting a legendary weapon at mystic forge wield a success rate of 100%? For example if I have 1 Spark, 1 Gift of Incinerator 1 Gift of Fortune 1 Gift of Mastery, and i use it at the Mystic Forge to craft the legendary dagger Incinerator, will it have chances that it will produce some other equipments or does it have a 100% success rate of making the Incinerator?
