If I purchase Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns Ultimate edition, will I get 4000 gems now or only after the GW2:HoT release?
Unfortunately I can’t increase my voltage, because my graphics card is voltage-locked. But I managed to fix my problems by down-clocking Memory Clock at 1400Mhz (from 1500Mhz).
I already had my Motherboard BIOS updated to the latest version, however my Graphics card bios was not. I went to my GPU manufacturers webpage and downloaded and flashed the latest bios.

Most of the issues are gone now. Some are still present, but they happen less often and are not that noticable.
I see you left your psu out of the system specs. Can you add your psu into it? That might very well be the source of the issue. Also yeah have you oced any of your components?
Currently all of my components are running at stock speed, my “Gigabyte WINDFORCE 3X Radeon R9 280X BOOST” card has some factory-overclocking. I did not manually overclock it though.
My Power Supply
Corsair, 750W, CX750M, 80+ Bronze, Modular
Wattage should be enough with plenty of room to spare.
Hello! I am experiencing random weird graphics glitches in GW2. Like flickering semi-transparent blinking square (most common one), random white line, broken lighting.
These graphics bugs appear randomly from time to time and at random places, sometimes I rezone or go elsewhere and they disappear.
I have attached screenshots and videos to show this.

My computer specs:
Motherboard: Z87-G43 GAMING
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790k
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 280X
RAM: Kingston, 8GB, DDR3, 1600Mhz, CL9, Kit Of 2, HyperX
Monitor: Qnix QX2710 + ASUS VW246H
SSD: Kingston SVP200S3120G
I’ve checked the temperatures of my hardware components with MSI Afterburner and HW Monitor and they are all fine (no overheating).
Does anyone know if Anet are planning to go to any of the game conventions in Europe this year?
I am really looking forward to GW2:HoT stuff but plane tickets to US are too expensive for me.
I am getting this error too!
Edit: I fixed this problem by making a new character and using the lvl 20 scroll on it

I was wondering how much does the “Supersampling” actually suppersample.
Does anyone know the sample rate of Supersampling in GW2?
Is it x2?
Or maybe x1.5?
I’ve heard it’s possible to force SSAA via drivers, so you could theoretically achieve even better supersampling that way?
Thanks for the build Wolfar, exactly the thing what I was looking for
Great explanation and video was good too.
I am one of those people who enjoy running in those “Night and Morning crews”, where fewer people can make bigger impact on whole battle, but I don’t mind zerging around in prime-time too. Basically, I was looking for a build that can deal enough damage to make a difference, but allows me to stay alive.
Hello!
I am planning to use full Celestial armor/weapons on my engineer with Pistol/Shield, but I haven’t decided what kits/utility skills should I use and what traits would be optimal for WvW.
Any suggestions?
Hello!
Would it be possible to make an art with Human and Charr hugging?
That would represent the growing friendship and love between the new generation of theese 2 races.
What about the price?
Full Body Inked+Shaded? 12g or more?
I’ll give screenshots of 2 characters later if such a request is possible.
Mine is human mesmer – Nakts.
She is the mesmer of the night, you might get mesmerised though.
I have the same graphics card and I am running Guild Wars 2 without any problems.
I believe that your problem is related to something else.
It should be fine as long as it’s disabled for PvP, because it gives a small advantage.
Please, make a linux port!
I am a linux user, but now I am stuck with Win8 release-preview to play GW2
Linux has a growing gaming market. Look at “Humble Indie Bundle” statistics for example. Linux users paid way higher price than any other OS users.
Even I would be willing to pay extra for native GW2-linux-client.
