Anyone else notice that sometimes if you are not looking directly at an enemy the Blowtorch skill doesn’t do anything at all but gives full cooldown? Could be touched up a little <3

Did you eventually get the gems? Because I got the Ultimate edition yesterday redeemed on my account and still nothing

So it just seems people can’t buy 2 copies right now.

I now have Path of Fire. My friend winddeath.2536 who doesn’t play Guild Wars anymore offered to buy me a serial code, which worked, and I redeemed it.

Update: I created a fresh ArenaNet account and tried to purchase Path of Fire on that and still didn’t work (Was going to redeem the serial code on my main account)

Creating multiple ticket causes delays and sends you to the back of the queue. Close all subsequent tickets, and only update the original.

Logging into another person’s account is against the UA, and can cause termination.

Technically they logged in and tried for me, with us being in the same room and a couple and all. And thanks about the info with tickets.

Also, I have tried the being logged into the GW2 account (hellsqueen.3045’s) when trying to buy a serial code, and failed. and have even tried a different billing address. Nothing works

You have to make a ticket with anet support.

Also if you try to buy somethings multiple times on a website sometimes it won’t work.

Also contact your bank or credit card to see if it on their end.

Here in the US if you make a lot of purchases online that are out of character they may

put a hold on your card or etc.

Maybe try a different card also an/or a different computer elsewhere like at a friend’s house.

I don’t think you’ve read what I’ve said. I have called my bank, nothing wrong on their end, I have tried both paypal and debit card, both in game and on the website, 2 of my friends, 1 in AUS too and another in Malaysia both can’t buy a second copy, me changing card and IP address doesn’t work either. And I have made multiple tickets, none of which have given anything other than “We are looking into this, thank you for your patience”, and over 2 days later, nothing. Is it paypal you are using? Try not to have paypal balance and credit card balance mixed (like, paying $10 from pp and $20 from cc to pay for $30 HoT). I had a similar payment failure issue and had to transfer money to pp first.

I have tried paying exclusively with card and exclusively with Paypal, neither worked.

Update: I have since traveled 3 hours and changed IP address and I even straight up used another card with a different balance and STILL cannot buy the expansion a second time. I successfully bought it once for a friend before all of this at their house (3 hours away, and is hellsqueen.3045 who commented on this post) and I tried getting it for myself there too, which didn’t work and started all of this. Now I am home and IT STILL DOESN’T WORK. This leaves NO viable reason as to why I cannot give ArenaNet money to experience their game more.

I live in Australia if that helps in anyway too.

So I have bought a serial code with my card/paypal for someone once successfully, however, when I try to buy myself a copy of any 3 of the editions and it greets me with the message in the title, “Payment Authorization Failed” and it takes no money from me and I get no expansion. No matter what I do i can’t get another copy: buy in game with/without Paypal, on the website it doesn’t work with or without Paypal, different PC in the house doesn’t work, using another GW2 account to buy the serial code (To then redeem on my account) doesn’t work.

Literally anything I do doesn’t work, so I asked a friend who had just got himself the expansion to buy me a code and I’d pay him back, and he got the message “Payment Authorization Failed” after successfully getting a copy for himself, then another one of my friends, who has the expansion already tried to buy another copy of PoF too, and they got the same “Payment Authorization Failed” message. So all I can think is that it is tied to your card/Paypal or your IP address, not letting the same IP or card to get more than 1 copy of Path of Fire.

I’ll add more info as I find out more, and please share any fixes/solutions you have, and if you have been experiencing the same problems. I Just wanna give ArenaNet my money at this point ;-;

I know everything I say will most likely have been said, but i’ma say them anyway because I can not be bothered reading through each comment: Fractal Research Pages, Black Lion Tickets/Scraps (maybe), Bricks of Clay, Amalgamated Gemstones, Blood Rubies, Petrified Wood, Essence of Time, Mist Core Fragments. That’s about all I can think of for now, thank you for your time
