Game crashed, opened the client fast again, logged in, game opened, selected the char again and clicked play, then the game loaded heart of the mist, then loaded the legacy of foe fire….. finished the match…. i get a 12 min dishonor! really?? people get random dc or game crash, and you expect us to comeback to the match in less than 1 min? people that comeback and finish the game should not get dishonor, why would i want to close my client and then comeback fast intentionally? to lose? does not make any sense…

Now they told me there was “24 hours windows” to ask for a refund… really? was the sale a 24 hour event? wow… just wow. i bought it 1 day before that 24 hours windows….

“I know that we recently changed the way that players get finishers. We were offering refunds for players that had bought them within a 24 hour window from when they were taken of the market. Sadly, this purchase did not fall within that time frame and that is why we cannot offer a refund for the finisher.”

I contacted support again providing a link to this forums and I still got denied again, I bought because of the “buy now they will be gone” hype, but what angry me the most is arena net of course knew that making a chest drop 2 days later and make them tradeable would make them really cheap compared to 800 gems. This is really shady and I feel cheated. A better way to promotion this sale had to be like " last change to buy directly from gemstore, but there will be other means to get from the game after". And there should be not double costumer standard, refund for everyone with the same problem, or no refunds for anyone.

I too asked for a refund today for the same reason, and was denied, so looks like refunds for some and others not….

thanks for all the answers i found the armor in a karma vendor, but still, i would like to at least have an option to repeat the dialogue scenes

I was trying to find an armor (Plated Armor) i really want only to find out is only obtainable from a story reward at level 50-60. Of course i did not take that skin at that time, and now i cant get it on my character. Is there a way to repeat a story to get the rewards items again? or is something u guys could add?
