By the time ascended jewelry is available for WwW crowd, the Pve folks will have access to ascended armor/weapon and WwW crowd will QQ again cause they must do PvE for ascended armor/weapon

Well sir I’m not whining, I’m not on JQ so I could not give a kitten less whether they left or stayed. EMP leaving won’t even have that much of an impact. From what I’ve heard a good chunk if not maybe more than half? is staying on JQ. I was not trying to provide a “solution” to make tier 1 even, simply responding to what seemed like a comment slurping off EMP/Rawnoodles for the sake of just slurping them without you even really knowing what you were talking about.

OK.. im not from JQ or EMP so i cant possibly know the real reason why they leave JQ to DB. my first conclusion is that this move is good for overall health of T1 a.ka destacking super stacked server thats why i give them credit for make such bold move for whatever their motives are (of course it will have minimal impact atm since its only 1/2 guild).
Now if you think they were leaving not because for the sake of healthy competition in T1 and know something about it please do share with the rest of us(guild drama?some new super stacked server project?)

Oh ya? Lets not forget it is because of their leader that 20+ guilds went to JQ before free transfers ended and then even up until recently, still tried recruiting more guilds to JQ despite beating second by +60k give or take every week. And you’re saying they want a “challenge”.

Fact is they leave! they have the guts to leave their “i win button” server, whether their motives for moving is for the sake of balanced competition or not is not matter as this move will hopefully bring a better matchup in T1. Sure im agree that stacking their server when free transfers is about to end is dumb but blaming the whole thing on one person/guild is absurd cause im sure the whole recruitment stuff were supported by the majority of JQ community.
Why dont you just give a better solution to make T1 match more interesting and balanced cause im sure its much more useful to everyone than keep whining and mad about EMP

Eh whats up with this negative comments about EMP leaving JQ? I think some peoples fail to realize that EMP do this because EMP want to find a new challenge and most importantly is to give a more balanced match in T1 (something that alot of folks in T1 is kittening and whining all day)
Lets be honest here, if you were in absolute dominance and winning almost every week how many of you are willing to leave your server for the sake of competitive match? not many i believe. And im sure this is not easy decision and must be really hard for EMP to leave JQ their home server since beginning (tbh im very shock hearing EMP leaving JQ)

My favorite part of that GvG tonight, was the guardian who thought he was tough and tried to fight the thf, then the thf dominated him so bad his whole guild had to come over and save him.

Also after that when said thf proceeded to get 70+ agg kills with only 3 deaths as revenge for them being so petty.

Special shout out to FEAR, I hope you continue to interrupt GvG matches, as I enjoy fighting people.

I watch that gvg from stream for a while, when EMP is preparing for the next round there is 2 non EMP refuse to go away even after being asked politely by EMP members and then the following conversation began:

EMP 1 : non EMP leave please
EMP 2: pug1 and pug2 please leave
EMP3: pug1 please be nice and leave
pug1: i want to do www and if this the only thing peoples doing right now then i wont leave
EMP4: oh well, i guess we better tell them to add 2 pugs

And then 1 Agg guardian come and start to attacking that “pug1” (JQ random thief with TNO tag) the thief retaliate and alot more Agg came to deal with that thief as well

Now if you were that thief from TNO guild please dont do that kind of thing again, what you do is very annoying to everyone over there including your fellow server mates im sure (notice the EMP guys do nothing to save you while you were being attacked by a bunch of Agg) and to the spectators as well. Well this apply to everyone out there actually, interrupting and create annoyance when a good and fair gvg match is being held is just wrong…

Heck I was on SoS from the Beta till I saw where it was going. Home will be a server where the players feel that they’re having fun.

Problem is….. you only have fun only when your server is winning and losing for like 2-3 weeks is already not fun? the prospect that your server will drop down to t2 and you’ll be be stuck for playing in t2 is not fun? why do you play www again?

Oh well, i guess someday in the future IF Blackgate is doing poorly and still getting stomped by JQ then you will feel not having fun and start looking for new “home” again, rinse and repeat until you bored and quit the game.

Anet knew that lower tiers servers can only field small size zerg, this change is intended to annoy the rest of you so you all transfers to higher tiers/high population servers—> buy gems
This way when nobody playing on lower tiers anymore Anet can just shut down or merge the rest of lower tiers servers —> less maintenance cost

Yes at that time HOD was still#1 but the rumour about TA disbanding already start to circulating around and even if TA did not disband,nobody want to move there to have bloody long hours queque.

And at that time if FOO want to move to competitive/top servers they only have 2 choice (JQ/SBI) Since SBI have WM then the only logical choice for FOO is JQ. As for why FOO leave ET, well not surprising considering the horrible community and guild drama on ET a.k.a every man and his dog can feel that ET is about to collapse

note: winning server at that time is not the soon to be collapsed #1 server but the other underdog server with more promising future.

You are talking about them being bandwagoners but are failing to remember that they fought BG (post WM and BG has good SEA). They fought SoS when they had good SEA (AFS/MERC etc and now even ND do a really good job). I wouldn’t say these server’s had WM level production in SEA but WM was doing overtime on SBI. But you said that FOO left ET for a Free ride (They fought WM for over a month). Stop changing the subject or trying to shift the focus to a different point. You said FOO came for a free ride when they came here WM was still on SBI and they were extremely dangerous but it’s not FOO’s fault that WM left SBI or that other server’s SEA wasn’t able to stand against them.

Like i said before, any guild that choose to moving to winning team is a bandwagoner in my book. I also say that FOO is good guild, granted they will wipe any average guild without problem (nvm pugs) Point is since WM gone they dont have any serious competition anymore.

So what if some good guild choose to bandwagon? just because someone is bandwagoning thats not mean they are bad and want free ride. Stop being hysterically defensive just because “bandwagon” word. Heck i dare to bet that half of WwW population in T1 is made of bandwagoners, without them you wont have numbers to field your giant blob zerg :P

Did FOO have any serious competition post WM leave? Outnumbering SBI (post WM) SOS and SOR during SEA/Asian is very challenging for them? i dont think so, unless that door is too hard for them to beat

If FOO was bandwagoning to JQ why would they put in all the effort to help JQ hold our spot in tier 1 at the time? That doesn’t make any sense but wait that’s right you don’t know why they transferred just that they transferred to JQ and not your server. I talk to FOO daily and we have a relationship built off respect and neither of us take advantage of the other. FOO left ET and reached out to other communities and was welcomed to JQ that’s the simple fact of the matter in how we got FOO. Are we grateful? Infinitely because FOO is one of the premiere guilds in the game.

Yup thats correct, FOO were on the server even before BWE1 I think, possibly even before the server was actually turned on, they are that good.

Wrong, FOO was on ET (they were part of Ascencion Alliance) however when ET collapse they choose to bandwagoning to the current #1 server at that time which is JQ

Overkill, Lifetime Survivor and many Slayer achievements all effected on my account, as well.

Same here, i have to fix my slayer achievements “manually” but lifetime survivor seems to stuck at 499k no matter how many hours im playing.

All this talk about Red Guard. Never had the chance to fight them and would REALLY love to get the chance as I have very high confidence in being able to beat them on their terms.

However Red Guard is a completely worthless guild as for as I can tell, when they came to my server Jade Quarry all they did was take up valuable WvW slots they do nothing for the PPT and in general I would rather have PuGs on my map than them.

As far as best guild/server I wonder who would win between Vizunah Square and Jade Quarry right now I bet it would be an awesome week of WvW. Both server have been T1 forever.

So…… is this mean an open challenge from Strike Force to RG ? quite interesting to see if that will ever happen.

I have to agree on this, if you really must go from your current server please dont join the top 2 server (sos & jq)
I dont know about what the others peoples thinking but for me personally having super stacked server will only kill the already dying WwW populations.

Now i can only think 2 NA guild left if you guys want to try some open field combat GvG, WM at Kaineng and Tempest Wolves at SoR (just personal perspective, no offense to other NA guild)
