Hey. When the update came out I managed to get 3 completed invasions under my belt. Just 2 more to get into The Playhouse dungeon. I thought this update was phenomenal and I was so excited to get all the achievements and do all the content.
Nearly a week later I’ve completed 13 or 14 invasions in an attempt to get the required 5 and only the original 3 have counted. There seems to be an issue where if you close the client at any point, log out, crash, or anything along those lines you don’t get progress in your achievement panel. That or maybe you have to be on the same overflow at the start and then? With so many full overflows, EVEN if you’re in a party the moment you DC there’s little chance of getting back into the same one. That’s been my experience.
I freaking adore this update but it’s just slowly being ruined further as I grind out long events in an attempt to do the content that don’t complete because of oversights like this
Whether the disconnect is my internet dropping for 10 seconds, the client crashing, server lag or anything else it’s always the same result.
I’ve found it hard to believe that this has happened EVERY single time to me since the day the patch went live. Does anybody have any ideas on any sort of workaround or can I just give up on getting the achievements and actually seeing the dungeon?

Hi guys, so I’m just wondering if Z’s corpse is in the game.. We see the corpse of the early model zhaitan in the first trailer at 3:50 and again in this map from an the old .dat for Arah http://i.imgur.com/AluWU.jpg
I have to ask, is Zhaitan’s lair or his corpse found anywhere in the explorable dungeons? I kind of got over the fight with Zhaitan but the fact that they wouldn’t leave any explorable lair or corpse behind both baffles and kind of breaks my heart a little :P
They create this lore that really really excites me and then it’s like it’s none existent. Anybody else feel like that?

Hi guys, I just wanted to give some CC on the jumping puzzle you put in on Wintersday. It was beautiful and well thought out but in contrast with the Halloween clocktower JP far too easy.
I know many whined because they were unable to complete that JP but I and many others agree that the feeling and reward you got after finally completing it was next to none. That feeling is completely absent in any Wintersday content thus far. I do hope you guys reconsider and make your holiday JP’s hard again because that’s part of what made Halloween so brilliant for me.

Me and my guild LOVE the Fractals dungeon. I finally got to level 10 today after some help from them. We decided we’d try out level 10
We were in there 2 and a half hours trying to do level 10. We had been trying to do the end of the grawl dungeon. Took many tries, many different potion combinations but we were finally about to get there when somebody DC’d
This is a serious flaw, please, consider allowing people to return to their fractal group after disconnecting.
However, we all agree, the challenge is brilliant! The mechanics are awesome! We’re so glad to have something we actually have to think about! Thank you and well done on designing this but please, fix this.

During British Summer Time England is GMT+1. When the clocks go back tonight we will no longer be in ‘BST’ (British Summer Time) and will be GMT again. 19:00 GMT means 19:00 GMT. 19:00 GMT as in 19:00 GMT. 19:00 GMT never changes it is never +1 or -1 etc it is always GMT. 19:00 GMT refers to 19:00 GMT. When the clocks go back tonight in England we will once again be on the GMT timezone so it will be at 7pm tomorrow.

So obviously you’ve changed dungeons today. That’s fine, CoF was far too easy to farm. But now you’ve changed it to THIS?! My team – who have ran the dungeon countless times, attempted the part where you protect Magg 5 times. It was NOT possible. We lost tons of silver on armor repairs.
Not only this but you decided to take the time to screw us over like this and not fix ANY of the bugs, just make more?!
Your end-game is a grind. We’re told to ‘go do some other content’ but there isn’t much there. When you sit at 100% complete map, a finished story and have ran the story modes of every dungeon there’s not much left to do but farm. I’m content with that. But when you make your game a grind you can’t even grind?
I’ve been waiting for this game for 5 years. I love this game. What have you done to it?!

So most of us know the fight with Zhaitan was pretty sub par, incredibly broken and just overall not ready. I was left with a huge feeling of emptiness and disappointment for about a week before I got over it. Having looked around a few forums it seems almost everybody else felt the same way.
Anyway, Arena Net, please could you let us know if you have any plans to change this? It would make us so happy <3

For example, on the Hero panel we can see the amount of Crit % we have, Power etc. Please please Arena Net could you implement something like this for Magic find

Due to all the hacking of accounts recently I’d like to be 200% sure that if such a thing was to happen to my account my personal information would not be compromised. Unfortunately, I saved my CC upon my first gem purchase. There is no option to get rid of this save making me worried that if my account was ever compromised my credit card details and accounts would be too. Please could you implement or if there already is one tell me of a way to delete the CC information associated with my account.

Does anybody else have this issue? I’m playing with my friends all day (At level 80) doing the exact same things as them, using the exact same magic find boosters. While they have racked up plenty of rares I haven’t once got one. This has been going on ever since I first got the game. I thought it was fine but it just seems like it’s actually a bug at this point.

When Legendary Weapons require 100’s of such items and farming is an absolute necessity (Providing you don’t want to fork out 100’s of gold) I don’t understand how they could throttle drops.

So I’ve had 5 gold eaten and didn’t receive gems!

I was buying some dyes on the trading post, upon clicking buy the money was removed from me but the item did not buy. Under my transactions I am apparently not buying anything, did not buy the dyes and the dyes are not in my pickup box.
It took me ages to get that money! How can I go about getting it back?
