if i happened to turn a secondary duplicate into an account bound item and then deleted it, will i still receive the email and therefore the gem refund?

simple question, can you re sigil your legendary and retain its legendary purple text and retain its ability to become ascended when ascended weapons are released. As far as i last heard you can still not transmute your legendary because both of those things are lost.

I realize this has already been talked about many times on the forums and such but i believe I have a few good reasons as to why it should be implemented and how it should.

Why:
1: It would make anet a LOT of money
2: It allows for more freedom for the person playing
3: A lot of people want it

How:
1: It should be a third customization kit in the gem store
2: It should cost more than the previous two
3: The other two of course should still exist
4: It should allow for the customization of everything other than profession
5: In order for you to change your race you must have the personal story complete

Now, i realize the problems with this might be:
1: How would your personal story continue in things like expansions
2: Your character would feel less personal and less of a person who’s life you just lived through

My counter argument:
1: When you use this kit it open the original character customization however without profession choice obviously
2: Who cares, obviously if you are doing this, that is not a problem you have, and you should not force your player base into ideals that you feel.

1: Ptr, will it happen? why or why not? if it will, when?

2: how much of the dev team in total work on pvp ( make sure they give a strait answer )

3: What will be in the march patch?

hello, I am looking for a guild who enjoys Pve and Wvw and has some Pvp ( or a lot) I want to join a guild who has high level fractal players and players who farm dungeons and players who participate in Wvw at a consistent basis. The guild does not need to have huge numbers however i do want a guild who has at least a good enough size to actually add to the Wvw goal. I want a High end guild who knows what they’re doing but also knows when to have a good time. Also, i really want to participate in the upcoming guild missions which i assume will require a lot of people so, if your guild is small i am sorry but that is not what i am currently looking for. ( most likely)

it would appear that my armor dye is to be bugged, all my armor dye could be bugged however i can only notice my shoulders [Orrian Pauldrons of the Knight] and my boots [Nightmare Greaves of the Traveler] for my shoulders, i do not have access to the third dye slot, i have tried to equip a 3 slot dye shoulder, dye each slot a different color and then have a friend link me another set of the same shoulder but it is still bugged, the third slot is the slot that lets you changed the skull on your right shoulder. Secondly, on my boots whenever i attempt to dye the second slot black, it reverts to dye remover (brown) and when i attempt to use the dye remover on the dye remover it turns black, but then when i exit the hero panel it once again reverts to brown.
