bump, still looking for an answer from Arenanet
I am posting here because My support ticket needs to be escalated and the tech working it refuses to, the ticket number is 421376. I would love for someone at Arenanet to take a look and notify level3, the company that peers with your server host, that there is major packet loss at that peering point. Calling my ISP is not going to resolve this issue and I am tired of your support techs placing blame instead of taking some ownership to fix the problem. Guild wars 2 is the only thing affected.
Over the last few weeks I get a ton of disconnects during WvW or major events. I have forwarded all the appropriate ports, set the client to use port 80 and after completing all the steps support requested of me we narrowed it down to packet loss in excess of 60% at a level 3 router ae-4-90.edge2.Dallas1.Level3.net [4.69.145.203] [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/EsWes7G.png[/IMG]

On another note it is extremely frustrating that the only support option you have is a ticketing system that involves troubleshooting via back and forth email messages. Please work on getting a support phone number even if it is only for limited hours.

The title says it all, just transferred to TC looking for a wvw focused guild. Normal playtime right now is 6pm to 12am mountain time. post here or reach out in game.

They kept pulling the guild claimer up the hill and when we went to wipe them out would move to that spot and stack so we could not kill them. The guild claimer did not move back to the supply area, and they can damage use, without taking any damange themselves.
