I was working on 2 builds and I was curious what’s more important for a Thief in WvW?
Attack Power > Critical Hit and Critical Damage
or
Critical Hit and Critical Damage > Attack Power

If you’re looking for more damage, power is always the first stat to raise. After having majored in Power, it depends a bit on other factors, but usually Critical Damage first, then Precision. Upcoming changes may alter the that, so don’t go crafting ascended stuff.

You’re the second person to say there where can I find the patch notes?

umm I don’t know if I’m missing something, but those 2 builds are exactly the same, but with different foods. You really could have just asked which food you should use. Also, power is the most important damage stat, so the second build would give higher dps. Lastly, you say you want to sustain in combat, but your full zerk gear really isn’t going to do that, beryl orbs or not. You’ll get blown up in fights with 3 or more enemies even if only 1 of them specs for damage.

Check out my reference video that I posted just now also they aren’t the same build one is more damage the other is more critical hit chance I wasn’t sure if giving up the damage to critical more often was worth its weight

I’m not sure which one will do more damage as well as help me sustain in combat I have seen similar builds do 1 vs 5, but I wanted to tweak their builds order to make squeeze more potential out of them unfortunately I am unsure if critical hit or power is more beneficial and why.

If you can squeeze more out of my builds then feel free to edit and change them and post them here so I can see and learn and if you could explain why your build is more beneficial it would also help me understand the stat priority.

PLEASE NO BUILDS BEYOND EXOTIC UNLESS YOU ARE SHOWING THE MAXIMUM POTENTIAL OF BOTH AS ASCENDED GEAR IS HARD TO OBTAIN FOR NEW PLAYERS!
