Hey guys, I have some good news and some bad news. The bad, still no acknowledgement from ArenaNet that this bug exists . . . BUT . . . the good news is that, totally by accident, I discovered a really easy way to kill the Mordrem Predator.
I hope this helps some or all of you get past this blockage, and thanks to everyone for supporting the reporting of this bug in this thread even though ArenaNet, after a month and many players posting confirmation of the bug, either didnt bother to read them, or, if they did, didnt bother to post an acknowledgement that the bug exists, and what they planned to do about it, on this thread.

Me too, it is a joke that it needs to be done this way, but thank you so much it was super frustrating!
In case someone else gets stuck on it, here’s how your break her shield:
1) get hit by the bloodstone – this will form a stream between you and the bloodstone, empty your endurence bar and low you down.
2) use the new Mastery skill – this will keep the stream active and remove the endurence denial and slow effect so you can move freely.
3) walk outside of the circle she forms in with her ring-shaped path when she spins around.
4) Get her to walk through the stream – once you hit her with it, it will deplete her shield down quite quickly. It’s a good strategy to follow her path a bit to keep her in the stream.that’s how you remove her shield!

Once you explain it, super simple. I wish I had not spend so many failures and googling before finding this. I was looking for shards, anything. To be honest not really sure how I beat the first two monsters either.
