These types of posts are not constructive, they don’t generation conversation and they don’t help anyone.

We can all agree on this.

In some cases there are constructive threads, but there is a major lack of communication between users and developers on the forums. I know they have a fairly large development team, and i’d even appreciate a developer who has no expertise in the specific thread, such as an artist in a balance complaint thread, who could at least tell them that they acknowledge these concerns.

Opposing my first statement i’ll say that Arenanet’s team is very new. I can imagine there is a lack of communication in their own building.

It would be cool if the Guild Halls were in the WvW map, but theres no way the map would be big enough to hold them all.

I know these words might seem alien to these forums but, you know you can play other games, right?

It’d be neat if Arenanet had a system or a specific thread that welcomed users to post sketches of weapons and even armor that they’d like to see in game, and the art team could check up on it.

Is it fun?

I feel that this question is overlooked and lost in the many balance complaint threads. Its my opinion that Arenanet is in a good position to be changing their game because it isn’t solidified into a large competitive community. If you guys could change any specific skill or trait or even a mechanic what would it be?

I personally think the change to the monk rune was a cool idea, because of the outgoing effectiveness. I’d like to see this carried over to things like symbols and skills that indirectly affect allies, but amplified. There are many things that would ruin the balance immensely, such as what i just suggested, but even if the developers went head first, just changing things around, i’d still be having a hell of a lot of fun. But i’ll probably just get disregarded as a noob who doesn’t deserve any kind of response
