Tell you what, should you be so inclined, I’ll happily take one of those Guild Wars 2 baseball cap skins (and maybe the t-shirt skin if you’re feeling exceptionally generous) and call it — not just good, but awesome. I’m a little disappointed about not being able to raid tonight but I would rather have my favorite game back in solid working order tomorrow than have more issues with it tonight.

I’ve seen this several times today, in Ascent to Madness and Mad King says. When the events were over, I could not collect the large chest in Ascent as it did not have an Interact option. The Mad King Says key pieces were not awarded or added automatically to my inventory.
I have all three loot options enabled in the General Options settings. Is there a specific configuration to make this work?
